White Water Rafting in Phang Nga.
bertolak pergi phang nga for another kind of water adventure. from karon it took like 2 hours la lebih kurang..giler babas la lama. Phang Nga National Park obviously are hosts to nature's wonders. ada elephant trekking jugak but we opted not to do that. i think its kinda membazir coz kalau amik that trekking session, we'd be bored to death. i mean, i love trekking and all, but sitting on top of an elephant doing nothing, and trekking along an already beaten track doesnt sound like much fun, doesnt it?
The rafting part was obviously fun. We made a few stops along the river utk sesi badak berendam, tapi tak dapat nak swim sgt pun coz the current's strong so berenang2 di tepian aje la. once we went against the current at a stop, pastu berenti kat tgh2 tu and lifted up our legs and wheeeeeeee...hahahah. Burn almost got toppled out of the boat at one point, and i got my ears banged with the paddle (which actually did give some ringing zing in my head, ouch!!!)
pehtu pegi waterfall nearby. haha. the waterfalls was wicked. aku pelik napa eh kalau dalam laut bleh aje kalau nak force terapung tapi kalau waterfall macam susah. aku nak salahkan seluar yg aku pakai ari tu la...berat giler (padahal mmg tak terer swimmingLOL). waterfalls dia kecik je tapi area dkt2 air terjun tuh dalam gila. cakap pasal waterfalls teringat kat my schoolmate, allahyarham Raja Firzad. he drowned kat air terjun kota tinggi. sian kat arwah. Al-Fatihah.
ok, moving on, pastu gi tgk elephant show. haha. anak gajah yg cute giler. but its kinda gross coz when i fed him with bananas, somekind of clear goo dripped from his trunk, and wet my hand. utk pujuk diri sendiri, pikir positif. mebbe it was the water from his bath earlier. eew, i hate to think that mebbe its his mucus!!
Next time when i go to phang nga i hope i get to canoe to their fabulous stone isles, and visit their famous 'James Bond' island. and Phang Nga is closer to the Similan Islands, damn i hope i have enough time to explore those jewels!
