me, Rachel and Jonny went to Southport today,we set off from victoria train station at 11 am after the first train that we supposed to catch being cancelled....we arrived in southport about an hour later..it wasn't a big town but lively..i noticed a lot of older people were busy shopping and had their own good time in couple of parks around there...probably same age as my grandad back home...we walked all the way from the station to the site, according to Jonny's map...it was an empty piece of land by the sea....i guess main attracttions were the pavilion and pier where most people would have wanted to go....pleasureland theme park was only 5 minutes away from the site...it was really exciting to see the bridge across the marina lake...nway, just enjoy the pics guys..hope you find it helpful for our project
