The first picture is really super interesting because it is a row of buildings behind Baker Street, but the only reason you can see them is because of the construction happening in the second picture. They've torn down a building and are in the process of rebuilding another one. This sort of exposes this fabulous architecture that's so Sherlock Holmes and has been hidden behind there for likely over a century. That's how amazing London is, if you just peel back one little bit of it you discover something amazing just hidden there quietly.
