photos from our trip to Kuantan, Pahang.
Alhamdulillah, Abang Syah (our cousin, the fiance) and Kak Syikin (our cousin-in-law, the fiancee) were enggaged on Sept 10th 2005.

if you do not know, As for malays the fiance's family will have to go to the fiancee's house to meet the fiancee's parents and the enggagement ring will be present by the fiance's mom to the fiancee.
get what im saying?

so we left for Kuantan approximately at 4pm on September 9th 2005.
we arrived about 4 hours later. it was already 8pm when we reach Kuantan. reach the resort about 830pm.

after resting, cleaning our self, and changing into cleaner clothes, we all head out for dinner.
we had our dinner in terengganu!!! yerp, the resort is already near the border of Pahang and terengganu.
had some ikan bakar, sotong goreng, ulam kampung (theres more, i think..cant remember! )

the next day, we went down to the beach! it was teh awesome, people!

around 10:30am were off to the girl/fiancee/bride 's house.
met Aunty Zam & Family at another resort near the place were heading.

after the 'engagement' ceremony and having our lunch, we convoy to a relative's house.
Mak Embong's house. she is my dad's cousin.

after resting for awhile, trying to cool ourself, (not succeeding, tho. because it was so hot, everyone was restless. Ala was apparently hyper *hugs little Ala* so cute!) we headed home.
