So there's this vacant lot near my apartment building. I walked outside one morning last week, and saw this chair sitting in the middle of the empty field.
This week, I was driving home from work, and saw that someone had one of those cheap metal office desks sitting on the lawn, waiting for the trashman to come and take it away.
Can I tell you how tempted I was to bring the desk home and put it in the field with the chair? Then I thought, as I come across other things...lamps, broken computer monitors, etc...I could set them into a little office. Put a coffee mug on the desk, maybe a pot with some fake flowers.....the possibilities are endless really.
But then I decided that it would be littering, and I am opposed to that, so the idea remains only in my head.
