The ride was pretty good. Summer is great. There are green things everywhere -- but living in the city and riding along in the wild places in the city, isn't much to brag about. Usually the wild places straddle some creek or small river that also serves as part of the sewage network that transports the crap from our homes to treatment plants -- or worst -- the great dumping at some nearby lake.
The smell in the wild places -- wild. It's a beauty to look at, but at spots, you don't want to stop and breathe in nature.
