TM Wholesale Team Building Session 3 - 21st-23rd Feb 05
Finally got the time to update my fotopages.
TM Wholesale Team Building was a COMPULSORY (wajib tu) to all TM Wholesale staff. Guess I wasn't lucky enough to escape. Hehe . Anyway, it was a great experience having this kind of session. Got mixed with all staff. From technical, hr and business strategy (aku lah tu). Marketing @ Sales should have joined our session unfortunately, hr main bubuh jek asal penuh quota per session. As usual.
Alrite back to the session. Aku rasa this team building is a bit different dari yg aku pernah pergi before this. Selalunya, when comes to team building, we work as a small group but in this session, although we work in a small group, but we should think as small groups contribute to the larger group. Means TM lah tu.
Maknanya, groups tu diibaratkan macam unit in an organization. So all groups/units should help rather than killing each other.
And the end of the session, semua orang kena beratur and puji each of the participants. One to one ok. Wuhoooo, sesi air mata . Perempuan biasalah but even one (or more) male staff yg menitis air mata. Aku realised that in our organization boss tak pernah puji or says good things to their staff. Sometimes kenalah puji sikit-sikit. Ni tak asyik nak bad mood jek.
Banyak celoteh plak aku ni. Ok. Aku stop.
