Dad finally gave up his fight with cancer on 5 December 2004, surrounded by his family. He fought right up to the bitter end and we knew he did not want to go. His funeral was held on 8 December and we were all amazed at how many cards, flowers and blessings we received.

Not a day goes by when he is not in my thoughts and I miss him terribly.
