These are indeed Jingle Bells or Sleigh Bells, however they are not in the form of a Wreath and not on a Sleigh, So how do I declare a winner for this week? This weeks puzzle is all done in the Christmas Spirit. I kinda like the cutout puzzle of last week so I carried that over into this weeks puzzle.
