I had a course in AI in this place and spent a couple of days there. The place is 30 km outside Linköping but everyone had to stay there for the whole period. It was very good. Specially the good discussions with the professor after the dinner. Good system for courses!
The place is called Vårdnäs (http://www.vardnas.com) and is old and lovely.
