ORANGE MOCHA BROWNIES
Hari ni meeting Nubhan FC di Restoran Kg Pandan Yap Kwan Seng. KNgah request buatkan something
utk teatime santai2 diarang coz meeting pun start around that time. Hope sume Nubies soke (pinjam bahasa ucu manja -someone very special to Nubhan)
Walaupun resepi zai brani2 derhaka alhamdulillah masih nyum nyum. Pstt psst biasalh since brg2 mahae gilerr kita adjust la mana yg patut.






Orange Mocha Brownies

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups plain flour, sifted (tepung gandum diayak)
2/3 cups cocoa powder (used 1/2 cup) (serbuk koko)
1 tblspn coffee powder (serbuk coffee/nescafe)
1 1/2 cups caster sugar (used 1 cup) (gula halus)
250gm butter, thawed (used margarine) - boh 150gm - melted
4 eggs, lightly beaten (pukul dulu) - boh 3 biji aje takut bau telur terlebey sudahh
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 orange, juiced abt 1/2 cup and rind grated (jus oren dan parutan kulit oren)
1 cup of dark & milk chocolate chips mix (used 3/4 cup of choc chips)

Method:
1. In a bowl mix all ingredients except orange juice, orange rind and choc chips. Beat using mixer at med speed until well combined.
(campur semua bahan kecuali oren jus, parutan kulit oren dan cchip...pukul guna mixer biar semua sebati)
2. Chuck in orange juice and rind. Mix again. (masukkan oren jus dan kulit oren..gaul)
3. Stir in choco chips. (msk cchip..kacau)
4. Pour into baking tray, pre-lined with baking paper overhanging from both sides. (msk dlm tray yg dialas)
5. Bake for about 25mins @ 170 deg cel.
6. Take out from oven, leave in tin for 5 mins and take out to cool on wire rack.
7. Pour and scrape choc frosting evenly on surface. Cut into squares.

Frosting:
200gm dark choc bar - 150gm agak2
1/4 cup whip cream - tak de stock guna cocoa butter & fresh milk
1 tblspn coffee powder - tak letak tak perasan
* Combine all in a casserole and microwave for 1 min on HIGH. Take out and stir well until u get a lovely choc frosting. Or just double-boil over medium heat
