Making The Royal Sugar


Royal Icing

Royal Icing Using Meringue Powder

4 cawan (500 grams) confectioners' (icing) sugar

3 sudu makan (30 grams) meringue powder - kurang pun boleh

1/2 teaspoon extract (vanilla, lemon, orange)

1/2 - 3/4 cawan (120 - 180 ml) air suam

campur semua dan pukul dengan kelajuan pelahan 5-7 minit lepas tu tinggikan kelajuan
pukul sampai kembang 10-15 minit lagi...kadang2 kena tambah gula atau air ni kena
adjust sendiri...guna serta merta...tutup lebih supaya tak kena angin..nanti keras.
kalau keras kena pukul semula guna aja senduk kayu.
