haiya....talking about stretching aaaa.....thats the most important aspect that u need to do whenever u are into any sports.
normally, when u re gonna do or play any kind of sports, what u need to do is warming up a bit, then u can do ur stretching before u start ur game.
its really important for us human to avoid any injuries or cramp while we re on sports.
its not only related to sports, stretching even occurs instinctively while we re just waking up from sleep....best je ngeliat eh?? hehe
i m a bit concerned on one of my friend....where lately he joined us playin futsal, when suddenly isaw his knee shakin like.....ehhhh......its just too scary lookin at her knees that day...where i cannot help but to stop the game so that he will stop running after the ball.
if we continue playin that time, i m sure he will be brought out of the futsal complex with a stretchers...hahahaha.....jokes aside....yeahhh...its true man.....the way he runs that day, i can sure u that he will lost his tendon.....boleh putus tendon oooo....
i remind him, pls dont stress ur knees....if u cant afford to kejar the ball, then dont....
u might loose ur knee if u keep on kejar the ball at the same time ur knee wont support u due to ur body weight which is quite heavy...aku rasa lah.
if u re ronaldo then takpalah coz all the expenses covered by his club ac milan.

so main relax...takyah lah nak kejar bola tu sampai mati....
just remember, we, men, without knees is useless.....believe me my friend....hahahaha...
