Kacang Pool dgn Grill & Bake Chicken
Dari negeri arab sampai ke negeri china nya menu.. hari ini menu tiada nasi, kerana My Darling tidak mahu nasi.. " BORED WITH RICE " Good to hear that tapi Mama kena perah Otak laaa..!! Darling nya Pasal Mama ikuti... Luv to see them eating what ever Mama Cooks..







Claypot Rice ini, MAMA gunakan resipi Sis ROYLAZIM, Sedap lah even My kids suka begitu juga dengan My Darling.

Claypot chicken rice (in rice cooker!)

3 chicken thighs (with bone), chopped into small pieces

Some Ikan Kurau Kering, soaked for awhile (I used meat parts only)

Handful of chinese mushrooms, soaked in warm water for 20 minutes

1 tb sesame oil

2 tb kicap masin

1 tb kicap manis

1 tb kicap cair

1/2 tb ground ginger

Handful of cut Sayur Sawi,

2.5 cup of rice & 2.5 cups of water

1. Marinate chicken thigh meat with the sesame oil, ginger and all three kicap. Put in fridge while preparing the rest of the ingredients.

2. Remove stems from mushrooms & slice.

3. Then slice Ikan kurau kering into thin slices.

4. Boil the rice in rice cooker. After 15 minutes, open rice cooker & add chicken thigh meat. Then, add the ikan kering, sawi and mushrooms on top. Close the rice cooker and allow the cooker to finish cooking the rice, approximately another 5 ~ 10 minutes.

5. Open the rice cooker & be enthralled by the amazing aroma. Stir up the rice & all the ingredients and serve immediately with sliced chilli padi or even better - sambal belacan!!....Syiok!!!
