I had the chance to visit Pekanbaru and Padang, Indonesia on an official trip. But I only got to take pictures in Padang since I did not bring my camera.



I departed with the other delegates on the 21st of March 2008 and reached back home on the 27th or March. The route was KLIA - Medan via MAS and from Medan, we took Sriwijaya Air to Pekanbaru. After 2 days there, we departed to Padang via Sriwijaya Air but had to stop in Batam for 5 hours! Luckily, I got a new camera there. . And we reached Padang that evening.



After 2 days, we headed back to Medan via Mandala Air and took the 3.25pm flight to Kuala Lumpur via MAS.

I had a great time and spent a lot shopping!! I can't wait for my real shopping splurge in May!
