Yeah.........!! Bonus for my fan FP, I would like to share one of recipe the cheese cake ya.... Snickers Cheesecake, this Cheesecake taste really great, so you all should try this coz u won't regret the result and I get this recipe from my good friend Puan Sherina.

SNICKERS CHEESECAKE

Crust
150gm Digestive biscuits, di hancurkan
70gm butter, dicairkan

Cheesecake Filling
500gm cream cheese
1/4 cup castor sugar
2 (A) eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 snickers bar (1 batang di potong 4 bahagian. kemudian di potong kecik2)

Toping
Chocolate Ganache
150 gm Whip Cream
200 gm Dark Choc

100 gm peanuts, roasted, chopped

Caramel Saurce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup whipping cream (guna emborg)
1 tbsp butter

How.....!!

1. Prepare Crust, Chill in fridge/bake sekejap dalam 10 minit
2. Beat Cream Cheese and Sugar
3. Add eggs and vanilla essence
4. Spoon enough cheesecake batter to cover the crust
5. Place cut up snickers into cheesecake batter. Press it down to avoid air bubbles
6. Spoon the rest of the cheese batter on top and bake 150c for 20 - 25 minit
7. Once cool place in fridge until ready to use
8. Prepare Choc. ganache. Double boil whip cream and dark choc until thicken
9. Prepre caramel sauce. Place brown sugar, whip cream and cook until ticken. Stir in butter. Let cool.
10. Remove cheesecake from fridge and let in come down to room temprature
11. Spoon choc ganache and sprinkle with chopped peanuts
12. Then spoon caramel sauce on top.
