8 NOS. BIRD EYE CHILLIES (CHOPPED)*
2 NOS. ONION (SHREDDED)*
1 NO. LEMON GRASS(SHREDDED THINLY)*
2" GINGER (SHREDDED THINLY)*
2 NOS. GARLIC(CHOPPED)*
20 NOS. BASIL LEAVES
1/2 TSP TUMERIC POWDER
1/2 CUP CHICKEN STOCK
3 TBLSP NAM PLA(THAI FISH SAUCE)
SALT AND SUGAR TO TASTE
4 TBLSP COOKING OIL
1. HEAT WOK ADD IN THE OIL, THE ING WITH STAR*, FRY UNTIL FRAGRANTS ADD IN CHICKEN STOCK, TUMERIC POWDER AND LONG BEANS, COOK FOR A WHILE UNTIL LONG BEAN IS A LITTLE SOFT THEN ADD IN MUSSEL, NAM PLA,SALT AND SUGAR MIX WELL TURN OFF FIRE AND LASTLY ADD IN THE BASIL LEAVES.......
SERVE WITH RICE OR PORRIDGE...BON APETITO..........
