1.Masak santan, kemudian masukan bahan2 yang telah ditumbuk bersama ubi yang dipotong kecil2
2. Kacau selalu sehingga mendidih
3. Bila ubi dah hampir empuk masukkan siput dan daun kesum
4.Kacau dan masukkan garam...
5. Sedia dimakan dan disedut
