Event: Nun’s 22nd Surprise Birthday BBQ
Place: Walad’s house
Snippet of the conversation:
Me: Ma, kitaorg nak pegi rumah Walad..dia buat surprise BBQ untuk Nun
Mom: Ok (and bombards with the usual questions)
Setelah menunggu Walad dgn agak lama yg masih tak sampai2 lagi..I was talking with Nun at the dining hall
Mom: (hollers from top of the stairs) naper korang tak pegi rumah Walad lagik nie..
Nun: Buat apa nak pegi rumah Walad? (she thought that Walad gonna take her for dinner some place else)
Me: Kitaorg bukan nak pegi rumah Walad
Mom: Eh, bukan ko yang ckp nak pegi rumah Walad, ada BBQ
Me: Mana ada
And keadaan tu continues for quite awhile, dah start geram..nasib baik Athirah casually naik atas n told my mom discreetly that it is supposed to be a surprise..lor..Nasib baik Nun tak suspicious bcos ada yg still in their pajamas..
The BBQ was very small and simple just his family, close friends and us. In all, it was sweet and thoughtful of him to plan this for my sis.
Thank you so much to Walad n his family and friends for everything..Kitaorg datang mcm guest jer sebab everything dah siap by the time sampai..
Not matter how much sometimes we get on each others nerves and fought like crazy and not forgetting the shouting (eh, sebab tue ker orang sebelah tue pindah?)
