The bride and groom were given time to change into another set of clothes... when everything was ready.. they were both brought to the 'kitchen area' of the wedding.... all of the villagers gathered around to see.. the bride and groom undergoing 'mandi sapan' ... (If it was me... I would run away with the groom's family ... and save myself..)

After that, I thought it was finished... there was an unexpected turn of events.... the villagers had a special request... they wanted all the family members of the bride and groom to undergo 'mandi sapan'... time to escape.....................................

Sharifah's father (pak Abib) was so happy and grateful for the villagers help in making the wedding a success... Pak Abib graciously treated them to 3,000 sticks of sate on the third night of the wedding..
