APAM BUTTER
Apam butter ni orang tua jer suka, bebudak tak suka.



Apam Butter

Bahan A
1 cawan gula
1 cawan air
250gm butter

Gula dimasak dengan 1 sudu besar air sehingga hangus. Kemudian masukkan baki air & butter.

Bahan B
3 biji telur
1 ½ cawan gula
2 cawan tepung gandum
1 tin susu cair
2 sudu teh sodium bicarbonate

Cara-caranya
1. Telur & gula dipukul sehingga kembang.
2. Masukkan tepung.
3. Masukkan susu cair.
4. Masukkan adunan gula hangus, dikacau hingga rata.
5. Minyakkan cawan lompang & panaskan diatas kukusan.
6. Tuangkan adunan 3/4 penuh & kukus selama 20 min & angkat.
7. Keluarkan apam dari cawan & sejukkan.
