Today I baked a cake for the first time..from scratch!Tak hangus..came out nice cuma I went overboard with the paper lining so the cake isn't perfectly round..was supposed to line the base aje. No cake frosting since I don't really like it.
I also found a 2 minute cupcake recipe with marshmallow topping. Prepared the batter, placed batter in patty pans and microwave cupcakes for 1 minute and they are done!Made them while waiting for the cake to bake.Cupcakes were yummy but the m'mallows melted a bit too much. Result = FUGLY cupcakes .Hence, no pics.Will try again next time, sans marshmallow.
No cake frosting since I don't really like it.
