I think I had fallen in love with my new 50mm f/1.8. It is light, small and very sharp. Focus is not too slow, good enough for portraits or still objects. And it is cheap!

I am now keeping it as my default lens. I only switch back to my 18-70mm kit lens whenever I need wide-angle.
