Pumpkin Soup
Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients
1 onion, sliced
1 garlic, sliced
1/4 pumpkin, cubed
2 potatoes,cubed
cream

Method:
1. Heat oil, saute onions & garlic, add potatoes & pumpkin.
2. Add vegetable stock, salt to taste, pepper.
3. Blend
4. Add cream according to your preference.

Note: I added water instead of stock.
