She had it since 3am, then at dawn when she just couldn't bear the pain anymore; we went to see her gynae. Dr Kamal made some checks and he recommended a C section. According to him, it was the case of cephalopelvic disproportion, which may only lead to C section later on if we opt to wait for normal delivery. We scheduled for the C section that very afternoon, and the rest is history.
