with all the traveling i've been doing these past few years, i thought it'd be interesting to start a fotopage on the food served on board all these flights. i've just started, so there's not going to be a lot of stuff to see -- hopefully, this page will grow to be something more substantial!
most people would agree if i said that airplane food does not taste that good. well, here's a few reasons why:
1. the quality of in-flight meals have dropped over the years because of cost-cutting (visit http://airlinemeals.net to see more than 18,000 pictures of airline meals, spanning more than half a century).
2. pressurized aircraft, low humidity, dehydration, cabin pressure -- we lose about 20 percent of our taste buds.
