PCL : Primer Guide Food Preparation & Presentation
It feels great to chill out once a while especially after agonising days of sitting in the classroom.. We learned mostly about product knowledge, food heating & presentation. It wasn't that easy especially for few of us who doesn't have any clue about culinary & cuisine... but like it or not, it's something that we have to keep on reading & practice until we get it. We will be called back in 3,4 months time for culinary grade.
