So here I am waiting for them to give me the letter, (lama gila, it's either the kompeni is a bloody huge with so many departments or it's bloody slow)

Gambor utk 2nd proofing x diamik sbb dlm resipi kata 40-60 minit, disebabkan kitaorg kuwa gi tesco beli brg suma, so terbiar la mende alah tu sampai 3-4 jam...so dia melebor/naik penuh 1 tray tu..ehehhe..
Changes made 1. boh choc cip + kismis sbg inti & choc cip di tabur kat atas bun
2. Teman x tau ape dia bread softner, so teman taruk voltex (mende ni kot yg dipanggil bread softner) 1 tbs.
3. dlm resipi tulih "1/2" telor, so teman x sure samada wat zack meant was "setengah" or "1 atau 2 biji telur", teman boh je 1 biji telur
Result Mmg best, lembut, sedap, wangi...mmg leh lawan la roti "Sweeties"...the top is kek kinda feeling...the bottom of the roti is lembut cam roti kat kedai...maybe next time instead of buat 9 ketul, teman nak jadikan 18 ketul ..heheh...
