Ikan kembung masak singgang
Wassap people...how ya doing, sorry quite bz these few days, anyways, last friday night, teman tried masak singgang, resipi is courtesy of acik (http://nabialish779.fotopages.com) & my SIL with a few twist here & there.

Here's the ingredients:

Ikan kembung
Bawang
Bawang putih
Serai (tumbuk pangkal dia)
Asam keping
Tempoyak (since lengkuas is M.I.A)
Cili padi (jgn potong, nak makan baru picit/potong)
Kunyit hidup (sepatutnya x yah, tapi terbubuh, kalo nak kasi kaler2x, boh la)
Garam secukup rasa

Cara2x
Panaskan air, masukkan bwg2x, dah didih kasi masuk itu serai, asam, ikan, cili padi, kunyit, tempoyak (1 spoon is enuff, lelebih karang jadik gulai tempoyak), masukkan garam secukup rasa. Masak jgn lama sgt, karang isi ikan hancur x best.

Result
Mmg sedap gila, rasa my mom & mom in law sure proud punyalah ada menantu cam aku, bg sapa2x yg merantau, kalo rasa gulai ini & tempoyak sure meraung teringat kampung kat malaysia...hehehehe....
